Through this additional investment, Final Aim will further accelerate its business expansion by strengthening its initiatives to balance the adoption of generative AI with the protection of intellectual property, supported by Mr. Nakashima’s extensive expertise in the HR domain.

Mr. Nakashima has held leadership roles in launching and managing business divisions at multiple startups. He later served as a Venture Partner at a deep-tech-focused venture capital firm, where he broadly supported portfolio companies in HR and talent acquisition strategy. Subsequently, as Director & CDO of WHOM Inc. he led the launch and delivery of RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) services and played a key role in the company’s M&A transaction with a publicly listed enterprise.

His expertise spans HR advisory, marketing, sales, and business planning, providing cross-functional support to growing organizations. He is also the author of several books, including:
