Backed by Former President of Adobe Japan, APAC, and Northern Europe, Final Aim Accelerates Global Expansion in the Design and Creative Industries

Final Aim, Inc. (Headquarters: Delaware, U.S.; Co-Founder & CEO: Masafumi Asakura) today announced that it has secured additional funding in its Pre-Series A round from angel investor Craig Tegel, following his participation in the company's Seed round.

To date, Final Aim has focused primarily on the design and manufacturing industries, helping organizations minimize intellectual property risks associated with generative AI while ensuring traceability throughout the creative and product development process.

Craig Tegel brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience across global organizations, with an accomplished track record in business development, marketing, sales, and corporate strategy.

Throughout his career at Adobe, Tegel served as President of Adobe Japan, Adobe Asia Pacific (APAC), and Adobe Northern Europe. During his tenure, he led Adobe's successful transition to its cloud business model while expanding its enterprise business, demonstrating exceptional leadership that contributed significantly to the company's global growth. Adobe is widely recognized for creative software including Acrobat, Photoshop, and more recently, the generative AI platform Firefly.

Today, Tegel serves as Director of People Make the Difference, where he provides executive coaching and advisory services focused on leadership development, organizational effectiveness, talent development, and team performance.

Tegel first invested in Final Aim during the company's Seed round in 2023, while also joining as a Business Advisor. With this latest investment in the Pre-Series A round, Final Aim will continue strengthening its product capabilities and expanding its global business foundation by leveraging Tegel's deep expertise in international business leadership and company growth. Through these efforts, the company remains committed to creating an environment where enterprises and creators can confidently embrace generative AI while protecting their intellectual property.

Comment from Craig Tegel

“It’s been a real pleasure to work with the Final Aim team and their supporters to assist the growth and development of the company over the last couple of years. Protection of designer IP has always been significant but the disruption of AI makes the protection of IP even more important for designers and creatives and further investment in the Final Aim solutions for me just made good sense.”

Comment from Masafumi Asakura, Co-Founder & CEO, Final Aim

"I am truly honored and grateful for Craig’s continued trust and support, including his investment in our Pre-Series A round following his participation in our seed round. As Final Aim expands its business from manufacturing into the creative sector, I am confident that Craig’s exceptional insights and advice, shaped by his distinguished experience at Adobe, will be instrumental in further accelerating Final Aim’s growth."
