Final Aim Raises Pre-Series A Funding from Satoshi Nagashima, Former Global Co Managing Partner of Roland Berger and Current Chairman of Kiduki Architect
Mr. Nagashima Also Appointed as Business Advisor for the Manufacturing Industry

Tokyo, Japan, January, 2026 - Final Aim, Inc. (Headquarters: Delaware, US / Co-Founder & CEO: Masafumi Asakura, Co-Founder & CDO: Yasuhide Yokoi, hereinafter referred to as “Final Aim”) is pleased to announce that it has raised funding in its Pre-Series A round from Mr. Satoshi Nagashima, former President & CEO of Roland Berger Japan and former Global Co Managing Partner of Roland Berger GmbH, and currently Chairman of the Board of Kiduki Architect Inc.
At the same time, Mr. Nagashima has been appointed as a Business Advisor for the Manufacturing Industry at Final Aim.
Through this investment and advisory appointment, Final Aim will accelerate its business expansion to enable the coexistence of generative AI adoption and intellectual property protection across design, manufacturing, and other creative industries.
Biography of Satoshi Nagashima
After completing his doctoral studies at the Graduate School of Science and Engineering, Waseda University, Mr. Nagashima served as a research assistant at the same university before joining Roland Berger Japan, the Japanese subsidiary of Roland Berger GmbH—one of Europe’s largest strategy consulting firms—in 1996.
Specializing primarily in the manufacturing sector, including automotive industries, he led more than 500 projects over the course of his career. He served as President & CEO of Roland Berger Japan and later as Global Co Managing Partner of Roland Berger GmbH, contributing to the firm’s growth for approximately 25 years.
In 2020, he founded Kiduki Architect Inc. (currently serving as Chairman), where he focuses on new business creation and value generation rooted in manufacturing and culture. In parallel, he has held numerous public and academic roles, including:
- Member of the Industrial Structure Council, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI)
- Adjunct Professor, Graduate School of System Design and Management, Keio University
- Outside Director at Yuki Holdings and SOMIC Transformation
- Board Member of the Factory Scientist Association
He has also delivered numerous lectures and authored publications in the fields of IoT/DX, mobility, and manufacturing transformation.
