Position Overview
This is a B2B sales position focused on proposing a range of solutions centered on our “Final Design” offering.
Our main clients are design, creative, and new business (DX-related) departments of major global manufacturers, including automotive and consumer electronics companies. We also plan to expand into the content industry and related businesses.
To meet growing market demand and increasing client needs, we are hiring additional sales professionals.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Propose solutions to major manufacturing and enterprise companies
  • Identify client challenges and define requirements through discussions with design and new business teams
  • Develop proposals in collaboration with product and design teams
  • Drive PoC (Proof of Concept) and implementation projects
  • Help build and execute sales strategies and processes in collaboration with the marketing team

About the Role
This is not a traditional “product-selling” sales role.
You will act as a partner to clients, working together to shape how design work should evolve in the age of generative AI.

Required Skills and Experience

Requirements (Must Have)

  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience
  • Experience in proposal-based sales to large enterprises or equivalent client negotiation experience
  • Ability to understand client challenges and develop solution-based proposals
  • A positive mindset and willingness to embrace change in a startup environment

  • Able to work persistently with both clients and internal teams
  • Motivated to play a core role in building the future sales organization

Desirable Skills & Experience

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Sales experience with manufacturing companies or enterprise clients
  • Knowledge of or interest in design, R&D, DX, or IT solutions
  • English communication skills (reading/writing and/or speaking)
  • Experience launching new businesses or building sales functions from the ground up
