Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Overview

This position is intended for a future COO candidate who will join the executive team and oversee the BS, PL, and CF of Final Aim, with a primary focus on Final Design.

You will be responsible for the full business cycle, including business strategy, sales strategy, KPI design, budgeting and forecasting, performance management, tactical planning, and execution.

Job Description
  • Partner with the CEO and executive team to develop business and sales strategies, while taking ownership of business performance (BS/PL/CF).
  • Lead and manage the sales organization from a global perspective and engage directly with key clients.
  • Drive strategic initiatives including partnerships, sales planning, and sales process design.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, business metrics, and operational performance.
  • Lead execution of growth initiatives and operational improvements across the organization.

    Required Skills and Experience
  • At least 3 years of management experience with direct P&L responsibility.
  • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Experience working in both large enterprises and startup environments.
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, combined with excellent communication abilities.
  • Business-level English proficiency.
  • Excitement and curiosity for emerging markets and new business opportunities.
  • A willingness to understand the underlying technology and product capabilities.
  • The ability to work persistently and collaboratively with both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Desirable Skills & Experience
  • Entrepreneurial experience or executive leadership experience within a startup.
  • Sales management experience targeting manufacturing companies and/or enterprise customers.
  • Knowledge of or interest in design, R&D, DX (Digital Transformation), and IT solutions.
  • Experience launching new businesses, business units, or sales organizations.
