Mr. Nakashima has held leadership roles in launching and managing business divisions at multiple startups. He later served as a Venture Partner at a deep-tech-focused venture capital firm, where he broadly supported portfolio companies in HR and talent acquisition strategy. Subsequently, as Director & CDO of WHOM Inc. he led the launch and delivery of RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) services and played a key role in the company’s M&A transaction with a publicly listed enterprise.

His expertise spans HR advisory, marketing, sales, and business planning, providing cross-functional support to growing organizations. He is also the author of several books, including:
